The project in brief
Step Up Your Game is a European Erasmus+ project involving Pot in Pot (Italy) and INOVA+ (Portugal), designed to help young people discover their own values, build a vision for the future, and learn to put themselves on the line for a cause they believe in.
The programme in Potenza is open to 10 young people aged 15 to 20, selected through an application process, and runs over 6 experiential days combining symbolic games, theatre, storytelling and group activities.
For those selected, participation is completely free of charge.
Why take part
- You’ll develop transversal skills useful for study, work and everyday life.
- You’ll receive the Youth Pass at the end of the programme, certifying the skills you’ve gained.
- If selected, you take part for free: places are limited, but there’s no cost for those who join the programme.
- You could be selected for an international experience in Portugal: at the end of the training in Italy, some participants will have the opportunity to take part in an international workshop in Portugal, with travel, board and accommodation covered.
The training
The training is divided into three modules.
All sessions will take place in Potenza at the “…” dance school, via XXX no. 25.
MODULE 1 - SELF
20-21 Ottobre | 10.00 – 12.00
Who am I, what do I stand for, what are my resources: a journey through symbolic games, storytelling and theatre to explore your own identity.
Module 2 - Future
3-4 Novembre | 10.00 – 12.00
Imagining future scenarios, developing systemic thinking and planning skills, through collaborative games and creative storytelling.
Module 3 - Act
14-15 Novembre | 10.00 – 12.00
Moving into action: collaboration, decision-making and co-designing an awareness campaign to launch together as a group.
