Step Up Your Game has officially launched: an Erasmus+ project bringing together Pot in Pot (Italy) and INOVA+ (Portugal) to support young people aged 15 to 20 through a journey of personal growth, transversal skills and civic participation.
The project, which started on 1st June 2026 and is co-funded by the European Union, offers a three-stage journey. It begins with Self, focused on exploring identity, personal resources and values through symbolic games, storytelling and theatre. It continues with Future, where participants build a clearer vision of their future through collaborative activities and planning tools. The journey concludes with Act, where participants put initiative and collaboration into practice by co-designing an advocacy campaign, later launched in their own community.
Young people taking part in the national labs, starting from autumn 2026, will also have the chance to join an international lab in Portugal, sharing the experience with peers from Italy and Portugal.
The journey will also bring a concrete benefit for those who work with young people: at the end of the labs, the methodology will be gathered into a free toolkit, designed for educators, trainers and facilitators who want to bring these tools to their own groups. The toolkit will be available online in Italian, English and Portuguese, expected around spring 2027.
